Pope Peeping

While it is not a fabulous photo (because a certain husband insisted on running the train around the track as I tried to take photos),  we have the Pope, people:

He's ditched 'ole Silver Pants for one of Santa's Helpers this year.  We spotted them behind the bushes over by the tennis courts.  He's a slick devil, that Pope.

The Duck and Wheel with String cast of characters would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas.  May you all enjoy the day with those you love.

"We find rest in those we love, and we provide a resting place for those who love us."

Could you take the Pope to work? Maybe he could perform an exorcism on that evil monkey you have there...

There has been a lot of speculation going on in this family. We've been trying to guess where the pope would appear, and with whom. The suspense had been mounting for the last couple of weeks, and now, finally, on the eve of the BIG day, we know.

Merry Christmas to the entire cast at the Ducken Wheel from both of us here on this Secondary Rd.

We had a completely quiet, laid back day also. I don't like having too many days with lists of "Must Do" or my brain gets weary.
