The problem with photographing snowdrops

.....is that my orange stripey likes them too.

I know he's out of focus, but he insisted on walking into every shot of my beloved snowdrops. Sigh.  He's a ham--not a snowdrop.

So, here is my kid's brilliant comment from the baby shower on Sunday as we were all commenting on the lack of baby clothes given as presents:

"Don't they sell trans-gender clothes for babies?"

Yeah, Em. But they are called "gender-neutral" or "uni-sex".   That kid scares me sometimes. At least she is good for a laugh.

So, then. How to clothe the trans-gendered infant?

Suc a regal beastie! I daresay he imagines himself a lion.

LOL, that's pretty dang funny! I bet she's wishing her mom didn't have a blog to tell everything she says! Your snowdrops are pretty but Hobbes is so adorable!

Diane--I almost died laughing when she said that. She is cute, but kinda dumb. (Not really, we just tease her!)

Vanilla--I don't want to know about trans-gender babies. That's just wrong, ya know?

Helene--Me too. She makes me laugh...a lot.

Chuck--Oh, the stuff that comes outta that kid!

Grace--It speaks volumes of this new generation, doesn't it?

Pricilla--Hahaha! I like that. :)

Nancy--NO kidding!

Rebecca--Me neither! That's what makes it so funny, I guess.

DJ--Oh, I LOVE snowdrops! They welcome in spring. :)

Ann--Well, the new parents didn't find out what the baby was yet, so we expected the gender-neutral yellow or green--but there wasn't any. Isn't that odd?

Daisy--Yes, he does! I think he can do a great RuPaul, don't you??!

Beaded Tail--shhhhhhh! I don't think she knows I posted this one. Let's keep it on the down-low. (It was hilarious, though, wasn't it?)

Melodie--If I was to take photos of him, he'd be MAD. But it drove him nuts that I wanted JUST the snowdrops. Go figure.

Being out of focus gives him a look of movement.
