I saw this and thought of you, Grace.
It's 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning--I've fed 10 kids breakfast, derailed some drama with a band parent, vacuumed my entire house, it's 80 degrees in October and am heading for nap before 10:45 a.m. rehearsal.
Life is good.

Can't believe you fixed breakfast and had the energy to post this morning. Looking forward to the competition on such a beautiful day! Phyl
Hey come out here. I have another 50lbs of tomatoes that needs dealing with. You seem to have more energy than I do...
Love the grandma punctuation thing! I hope you get that nap in !
I love this picture! Too funny :D Wow! Ten kids?!?! Impressive! You deserve a nap. I hope you got it in before rehearsal!
Cheers!
Jen
Funny photo! I woke up at 9am today. I would have thought the vacuuming could have been put off for a bit but maybe I'm the only one who does that! :)
Lin this o funny! My goodness you are a busy. I hope you wake from your nap refreshed and full of energy. xo
Wow...what a start to the day! Glad you are having nice weather still. Oh, and love the punctuation lesson. :0
I don't know, I heard that grandma is a tough old bird :)
You sure had one busy morning
Is it because of my attitude towards food or my grammar obsession LOL I can't even imagine having a morning like that - reading about it makes me want to take a nap too!
Bawhahaha!! Good one!
Oh you energetic girl you. My dust bunnies are at least 7lbs each...but they will have to wait a couple of more days. ;)
xo Catherine
I might actually could be a writer were itnot for comma fault and split infinitive.
Reading about your day wears me out. Life is good.
What a difference a comma makes! Sounds like you had a busy day! We had beautiful weather here in Cleveland too! It's supposed to be 75 and sunny through Wednesday!
I can't believe you fed 10 kids and got the morning out of the way. Good for you! I need to follow in your footsteps for a bit.
you always need a little band parent drama to keep things interesting Lin but can't they at least wait until you get to school
LOL, that pic made my day! I'm going to print it out and take it to my Mom's house. She's a retired teacher and a grandma, she'll love it.
Phyl--I'm all pumped up on coffee and Monkey Bread!
Pricilla--Oh...yeah...darn, we live so far away.
Melodie--I'm glad you found that funny--I certainly did! remember: Punctuation saves lives!! :)
Jen--I got a half hour nap! Look out world!!
Beaded Tail--I vacuum every single day. I know--it's sick.
Katherine--It's amazing what a half hour nap will do for ya! We went all day with band too--but I'm pooped now.
Hot Rocks--Punctuation SAVES LIVES!! :P That made me laugh. The weather has been GREAT here lately.
Ann--It's actually easy now--we have colorguard breakfast down pat. And I have a good helper--Joe!
Grace--It was for your grammar obsession--I thought you would like that one. Grace and I took a half hour nap to recuperate. She didn't do anything to help, but she was EXHAUSTED!
Catherine--I vacuum everyday--it's an obsession. But that said, I have a small house and vacuuming it takes like 10 minutes because I do it so often. I guess that is a good thing (???).
Vanilla--Reading about it wears me out too!
Karen--Oh, this fall is fantastic!! It's really nice for marching season--I'm not cold!
Chocolate--It's exhausting, but fun. We have done so many of these breakfasts that they really aren't work anymore. We've got a system and a good cook--Joe! :)
Paul--Boy! This was CRAZY! We'll have to chat....
DJ--I thought that was hilarious! Say "hi" to your mom for me. :)
LOL on the grandma punctuation! Good one, Lin!
