Vanilla--Oh, he could be an accent color for your high school! COOL! We are having a hard time finding things in brown, so it seems the colors are slowly turning to black and orange--which is better (????).
Catherine--Yeah, if mascots hide under the couch and throw up fur balls! Hahaha!
Marg--You can clearly see how other schools are jealous. ;)
Silverthoughts--Another lovely combo. Does anyone think of cute clothing when they are picking school colors????
Chuck--It was meant to be--he's purrrfect for the mascot! We are slowly going orange and black because brown attire is hard to find.
Duni--Well, I can do without the brown, but the orange certainly catches your eye. And for the record--nobody looks good in orange. Well, not our bright orange anyway!
Veronica--Well, maybe a skinnier one???? ;)
Jen--He was born to be a mascot! Or not--he doesn't like the girls all fussin' over him.
Beaded Tail--He couldn't run away fast enough! Hahaha!
Ann--Well, if schools have orange stripey ottomans as mascots!! I'd hate to see the costume if they decide to replicate him!!
Pricilla--Well, he DOES hide under the couch when the girls are here!
I just think life is more fun if we notice the little stuff and laugh...a LOT. I'm lucky to live with a family who humors me, joins in the fun and tolerates me most days.
I have a wee house and yard, but it is loaded with adventures. There isn't a backyard pond owner out there who has more stories about her frogs, snails, fish than me. And I don't even make this stuff up!
I'm glad you are here to laugh with me. Welcome, pallies!

But it is colorful. Our HS colors (yes, I can remember back that far) were white and brown. A Hobbes would have lent a welcome dash of color.
Hobbes is a great little Argonaut!
Oh Hobbes ~ you are the perfect mascot! Woot woot! Shake your pom poms kitty! ;)
xo Catherine
That is so nice of you to be the mascot for the Colorguard. You certainly match the color. Great picture. Take care.
As long as it's not orange and blue (my school's rivals colors). *wink*
Isn't it neat how Hobbes seems to belong? They made an excellent choice of mascot.
My high school colors were orange and black. BUT that was long ago. And far away. :)
Great team and great colours :)
Go Hobbes!
Yes! Yes! I can't think of a better mascot!!!
Happy Thursday, Lin!
It's very fall if you ask me. And the mascot is quite handsome and already equiped with a natural uniform! Too fun!
Cheers,
Jen
Hobbes is the purrfect mascot! That's a cute photo of him with is team! :)
Hobbes is the perfect school mascot.
Of course he is! Does he march to the beat? Or to a different drummer?

What a lucky team of girls to have such a fabulous mascot. He matches beautifully.
Best mascot ever. Great pic of everyone!
