Oh my gosh--it's a holiday weekend too! I nearly forgot. I'm gonna be trying to get some swim time in, catch up on laundry and ironing, plus maybe read all my favorite blogs and maybe the new book I started as well. Oh, I'm gonna squeeze in a nap or two, plus maybe buy some new clothes because I'm darn sick and tired of the ones I have now.
Criminy--now I know why they call it Labor Day. It sounds like I'm gonna be busy.
Happy Labor Day, pallies. Be sure to make some time in your last-weekend-of-the-summer for relaxing too. Remember to breathe deep--for all those lovely flowers are all going away in a few weeks. Enjoy the last of summer and let's welcome fall. It's my favorite season of all and it just happens to coincide with my other favorite season--Marching Season.

m just gonna be learning how to drive my new bifocal glasses. I think I am moving my head way too much but I can't get the hang of it. Oh well only had em an hour now.

Tonight is my first football game that I am nothing more than an alumni fan. It has a sad feeling to it. Enjoy your first football game of the season and have a happy holiday weekend!
we were sitting out on our deck listening to the excitement from the local football game. The school is right up the street and we can hear everything.

I always enjoy hearing the high school bands and look forward to the half-time shows.
I relaxed ALL DAY LONG on labor day--changed my blog colors and header, read while petting my cat and dog and watching the Indians game, then watched some TV. The weather was cool and dreary so I stayed inside all day and took it easy.
