About Me
- Lin
- I just think life is more fun if we notice the little stuff and laugh...a LOT. I'm lucky to live with a family who humors me, joins in the fun and tolerates me most days. I have a wee house and yard, but it is loaded with adventures. There isn't a backyard pond owner out there who has more stories about her frogs, snails, fish than me. And I don't even make this stuff up! I'm glad you are here to laugh with me. Welcome, pallies!

When you read a book that you've suggested to others, you read it a whole different way! Hope it's a good one!
I've done it too, and it engenders a panic I remember from college. Which is kind of funny. Enjoy!
Skip the middle, read the last 10 pages.

Haha....You'll get it done! It's a quick, easy read. It's just a matter of getting all of the distractions from reading out of the way!
So read the last chapter and be done with it.
Hope you get it finished! That would have happened to me especially lately.

You could always skip to the last chapter and then go back and read whatever was left in between later

I go to the bookstore and read the end. Saves time, saves money. Done. Explains why I have the attention span of a gnat.
Catherine--These are from last year, so I can't be distracted by these now. Whew! I finished the book today. Hooray!
Highway--I really need to MAKE time for more reading. Sigh.
Alicia--Hi, new pally! Yeah, I can't wait for them to bloom again this year--these are from last year. Gees, c'mon spring!
Betty--It was a nice story--I finally finished it today. Whew!
Shieldmaiden--It panicked me like college too!! Isn't that funny?! I don't like that feeling very much.
Rebecca--Oh, you are BAD! Nope. I read the whole thing and finished today!! Hooray!
Nancy--It IS an easy read, thank goodness. I hope you can join us Friday in spite of the in-laws being there. Go sneak the laptop in the bathroom!
Pricilla--Nope--I finished!! Whew! I always sneak a peek at the end--don't you?
Beaded Tail--I am so busy these days and there just isn't the time nor the energy to do much else than pass out at the end of the day. Look at me explaining that to you! ;) I did finish it though and enjoyed it.
Hot Rocks--Aren't they sweet?! They are from last year--I'm waiting for them to bloom this year.
Ann--What is with the pallies and the cheating???! Sheesh. ;)
Violet--Thanks, pally. I needed that today because I'm tired and down about that. Life is busy, isn't it? I don't like that very much.
Jean--Yep! I'm fried. Too much going on, too much money being spent, too little relaxing and just chilling. It was nice to shut down the computer and just read last night. AND I finished the book.
Helene--Sheesh, the pallies sure like reading the end of the book!! G'ma Phyl loaned me the book so I didn't lose any $$. And the book was a nice read, so it was a win-win. Oh--AND I finished it too! Hooray!
Major says that she does not have a big belly. It's just a bad case of over fluff with a lotta pork chops thrown in.
