Get out your pink wigs and caution tape--Lady Gaga is in town!!
Em said they were stopped every 2 seconds to have their photos taken with other fans. Em is sorta freaked out that she and Linnea are probably in a cabillion Facebook posts today, but that is the price you pay for being cute.
And for your "I'm coolin' ya'll up moment", you will need to know that it is pretty much required to dress up all wacky-like for Lady Gaga concerts. Fishnet hose, bikini bottoms and sequined bras are popular, as are big giant wigs of various colors. Super high heels and mega cleavage is optional--and not allowed at my house.
Oh, and the price tag for the ticket to this adventure? Don't even ask.

Adorable, especially because in the morning, the little darlin' return back to normal.
u r such a kewl mum!!
Another blogger I read went to see her too, with her mother, and said it was a great show and all the dressup made it a lot of fun. Lady G isn't my cup of tea, but I kind of appreciate the goofy aspect of the whole thing.
I guess I will claim the other "GaGa look-a-like"! They sure had a blast...and so did we! Hey, I am kinda thirsty...where's water boy??? ...and I'll take a grilled cheese on greek toast!
Lova ya,
Wen
Very cute! I would have however given you bigger points if you would have dressed the girls in raw slabs of meats or latex. LOL ;-)
Thankfully I am almost totally ignorant of the Gag-Gag phenomenon but the girls look adorable.
So cute! Just don't let them convince you to carry them around in a giant egg.
Even an a geezer like me would love to have his picture taken with a couple of gals like that.
VW = carkl
I call Lady GaGa Mr. GagGag. hahah.
LOVE the pink hair.
Cute Gaga outfits! Very creative too! I actually like Lady Gaga especially when I'm on that dang elliptical. Her music has a great workout beat and her videos are so bizarre I forget that my legs are screaming in pain!
The girls look great! Dressing up for a concert is tons of fun. I am going to seriously date myself here, but back in college several friends and I went to see the Culture Club in concert. You had to dress up. Boy George was everywhere you looked. I am glad they had a great time.
The girls look awesome! I will be sure to save my sequined bra and fishnets for when she comes here.
They look great. At first I thought it was a post about the dance squad.
heh
You are a rockstar mom and you're twice the rockstar for omitting the cleavage!
I'm not a lady gaga fan but they look fabulous.
Truly fabulous! You rock... Do my make-up!!
Hmn...I'm not a big Gaga fan so I don't really get it. I mean, they look really really cute, and I do actually like Gaga- I just don't get the outfits because I don't follow her that closely. I'm not into pop music- but I'm really into her artistry! Good for them, looks like they had a lot of fun, and that you did too!
Bossy Betty, Gaga referred to the egg as the "womb" and she was "incubating"...the next day she hit the morning news shows promoting comdom use in her latex skirt and hat. Good gosh were does the broad get her ideas????!!!!
Highway--That's the best part. :) She can be a kid again.
Diana--Well, I don't know about that, but it was fun to send them off like that. :)
Shieldmaiden--I guess it is the "Rocky Horror" of today's kids. That's how I think of it anyway.
Wen--I'm still laughing about the grilled cheese and the Greek potatoes. :) Good times, Wen, good times.
Jodi--They were pricing plastic meat online, Jodi. Caution tape is much cheaper.
Grace--It's something they'll always remember. Nothing like getting tickets to the hottest show in town! She won't be getting allowance for months!
Betty--Joe and the other dad were laughing that they should have carried them in to the concert in an egg. :) Yeah, right.
Chuck--Better them than some of the other characters! Lots and lots of cross-dressers, Chuck. It was WEIRD.
Rebecca--Gaga or GagGag--she's racking in the dough! Em said it was a great concert though. I'm just glad they had fun. I'm jealous I didn't get to go. :(
Beaded Tail--You should have seen some of the costumes!! WOW! These gals were tame in comparison. I like her songs too.
Merry--Hahaha! I can imagine a bunch of Boy George's all walking around! We dressed for Rocky Horror--but no concerts.
Hot Rocks--You should have seen all the GUYS in that get-up!! It was so WEIRD. :)
Pricilla--Hahaha! Yeah, I guess it does look like dance team, doesn't it?! Nah--just going to a concert. :)
Violet--Our girls were TAME in comparison to most of the attendees, but they still looked cute. I'm glad those outfits made us all happy.
Ann--I'm gonna borrow that wig....
Tracy--C'mon over! Em and I are DIGGING the eyeshadows. As soon as I have a minute, I'm gonna post about those bad boys!! We LOVE them!
Nancy--To me, she's just today's Madonna. When I see her videos, I think she is just re-doing Madonna's material. Really. But, the kids love her and they really like dressing up wacky. I'm just glad they weren't TOO wacky like some of the other concert goers. Yikes.
Jodi--who knows, but it is working and she is raking in the dough.
The caution tape was a very nice touch!
Oh yeah, they're famous! I actually haven't listened to anything by Lady Gaga (because she annoys me when I see her nutzo outfits) but the girls look awesome!
Fish--They were hip, yet appropriate.
Casey--You have to be hip to what the youngsters are listening to, Casey. Believe me, it's far easier to just listen to their crappy music than fight it. You haven't heard anything until you have heard Joe singing Usher or GaGa.
