I love Hobbes' ability to find joy in the simplest things--an empty box, warm sunshine, or a bug with a cabillion legs. Every day he awakes with adventure on his mind--even on the dreariest of days. And when the weather doesn't cooperate in providing entertainment, the toilet paper roll does--that's what it means to be a kitty.
Has anyone else noticed besides me that the days are getting longer? And the sun a little warmer? It's coming, pallies. Spring is sneaking in.....

Yes...I noticed last night while I was making dinner.It's daylight now as I type:) There is hope.

Yay my favorite Valentine's photo! I always want somebody to send me flowers just so I can open it and find....Hobbes! Never have I seen cuter ears!
I love those little kitty ears peaking up over the edge! So adorable!

Love those fun toys! Well, the days are longer but not warmer. 17 below tonight and below zero this morning. Sigh!
They really do add a touch of silly to your life, huh? Just when you are ready to keel over from being so cranky (or some such ill feeling) there they are poking their tiny little pointy ears out of somewhere so so funny:)
I'm getting out in the woods today! Although...it's gonna be the only cold day this week...poo. But sunny- yay!

Harumph! It takes longer to get to these parts. It rained last night on all that snow I have. You can imagine my mood....

I have noticed that the days are a wee bit longer and the sun does feel a little warmer when it comes out. Now if I could only get that nasty cold wind to go away
I smelled spring on the playground today. It was DEE-LITE-FULL!
We just love Hobbes! Even the tips of his ears are cute as can be! It's wonderful that it's 6pm and still light out. I just wish there were more hours in the day though.
Love the longer days, especially the lighter mornings. Now if it would only warm up!!
