What I Am

pee wee introduced me to this:

What I am is: grouchy.

I like that part. Rarely do you hear a happy song about being grouchy.

This is my new theme song! I love it!

What I am is grouchy too. Lol!

But I am also confident, talented, smart, helpful, and special (not ed). Lol!

I think job hunting sux more than dating. I can't believe I just typed that, but for me it's true. I've actually been trying to channel my dating skills into my interviewing skills.

Catchy tune. You don't know grouchy until you've had to deal with an old man--like me.

I will be singing this all day...!

Got my groove on for the day now! Thanks!

Did someone in that video say they were grouchy? Why are children's songs so damn annoying? Then again why is rap so damn annoying? Gad, I am so glad I was (way) too old for Sesame Street and never had children to sit through this stuff with.

And no, I'm not grouchy, just so don't like annoying, repetitive music and what is with that guy's hair????

And why am I the only one who doesn't "appreciate" this stuff???

("I am old, I am old, Shall I wear my trousers rolled?")

Ok, I've been a little grouchy today but after reading your posts and then cracking up at Grace wearing her trousers rolled, I'm doing good now :)

Helene--I love how they snuck that in such a snappy tune, don't you?! :)

Lola--Isn't that a great song? That darn tune is going through my head for days after I hear it. Will I Am rocks it!! Job hunting sucks for everyone these days--don't take it to heart.

Chuck--After my whole Target debacle, I think I've got you beat, Chuck.

Melodie--I know! I've played it like 4 times already today!

Betty--I'm glad you liked it. :) You can thank peewee--she got me hooked.

Grace--Didn't you see the Grouch??! Sheesh, Grace. You gotta pay attention. Did you notice that Ernie and Bert's hair mimics his hair but in different directions? Criminy--how can you hate this??? Sigh.

Pricilla--And a snappy tune. ;)

Ann--I'm done being grouchy, Ann. That is why I posted a happy tune--so you all knew it was safe to come out. :)

I don't really know one character from the other - Just the most famous ones like Kermit, Miss Piggy and Big Bird. And the only reason I know Big Bird is because - well, it's a big bird. I am 64 years old, I have no children, I never watched Sesame Street...My puppets are Kukla, Fran and Ollie and Howdy Doody and crew
