Prayers for Bruce and Margie
Pallies, we've lost one of our very best. Bruce and Margie of Bruce and Margie's Full Time Journey were horrifically run over by a car and killed yesterday on one of their many walks they took together. Please go visit their blog today and send their family your love. And while you are at it, say a little prayer for their little dog, Annie.

Love you, Bruce and Margie.

How horrible. I will never understand how someone wanting to commit suicide feels the need to take others with them.
He should be charged with homicide.
Oh dear lord, how wretched. You are just not safe on the roads, walking or driving.
Oh that is so horrible. My heart goes out to their family.
Lin,Bummer,I'm on my way over to offer my condolences.
Oh Lin, I'm so saddened.
I hurt about this, people and things make no sense
Wow, Lin. Just-wow. :-( There are no words.
Oh Lin! How awful!! Here we were, having such a terrifc time yesterday at the U of I, and this tragedy was unfolding in their family! I'll definitely be keeping them in my thoughts and prayers!
Horrible news. I can't imagine what the family and friends are going through right now. They are in my prayers.
I just keep going back to my blog and looking at the comment she posted on my blog some 10 hours earlier. Sad. Sad. Sad!
I smile imaging that the lottery ticket on her frig is the million dollar winner.
How horrible. Why would anyone attempting to commit suicide want to take two innocent bystanders with them. I already went over and offered my condolences
Pricilla--I am so sad today knowing that life can end so darn quickly. I will miss Margie's sweet posts.
Grace--It's just so sad to think they were just out for a walk! God was merciful in taking them together--I couldn't imagine one without the other.
Beaded Tail--Me too. I'm really sad today to think we lost one of our own.
Mike--Thanks, Mike. I think the family is going to need our love. Bruce and Margie had young grandchildren that are heartbroken.
Tracy--I cried when I heard the news and I'm still so very sad over the loss of a blog pally. It's like we are family.
Helene--I know, that's how I am too. It's just so SAD.
A.Marie--I so wanted to post of our fun yesterday, but I felt this overrode my story. It is funny how we are all like "family" and it is devastating to lose a powerful and fun blogging voice.
Chocolate--It's horrific. Send lots of prayers--they have young grandchildren that they just spent a lot of time with recently. I'm sure they are inconsolable. And their poor little dog! :(
Jodi--I did the same thing. Maybe it is a lottery win, Jodi--They went together and did not suffer. I can't imagine one without the other or not being able to live the traveling life that they loved so much. If there was any mercy in any of this, it was that. I am so sad at the loss of Margie's voice in the blog world. I will miss them terribly.
Ann--Who knows why anyone does anything, Ann? I just feel horribly for their family and grandchildren. I cannot fathom the grief.
How shocking and totally unexpected. My prayers of healing for all of their family and friends.
prayers for the family.
How truly awful. Warm thoughts to the family.

What a very sad thing to happen! My condolences to you and to their families. Life is just so uncertain--we never know how much time we have on this Earth.
very tragic. My thoughts go out to the family and friends.
Terra--Isn't that just so sad?? Thank goodness they just spent a ton of time with their granddaughters. :(
Vanilla--And lots of them.
Catherine--I'm really going to miss Margie and her posts each day. The blog world lost a good one.
Karen--Yeah, I kept thinking that all day. I'm relatively new to Margie's blog, but I was so sad to hear of their death. She was a great blogger and adventurer.
Yikes- I had never been to their blog, but this is every walker's worst nightmare. How awful for everyone.
OH MY GOD! That is HORRIBLE. I don't even know anything about them but just seeing their pics and knowing the story is...oh. That is just so sad.
Sharky--It is. I especially feel for their grandchildren and their elderly dog. It is so very tragic and sad. God was merciful in taking them together. I'm not sure one could survive without the other.
peewee--Isn't that just the saddest thing ever? I cried and cried when I read it. The 19 year old driver walked away from his own suicide attempt and two lovely people did not. Go figure.
This is so sad. I said a prayer for their family.
Oh Lin, I'm so sorry about your friends. I read about them somewhere in the blogosphere this week and can't get them out of the back of my head....
Both of them? OMG! I'll go over now. How sad. Sorry to hear that.
