For some reason, I'm thinking I'm gonna get
this bag back.

Hobbes has been in his glory with extra warm weather here (80 degrees!). Yep, he is climbing over the fence to go visit the neighbors. Yes, he's spending every possible moment outside, coming in with his fur smelling of fresh air. And nope--he doesn't want to come in when he is called. Arrrgggh.
Here's a little Holy Week chuckle (but not in sacrilegious way),
LJ posted this bad boy :
Jesus is your FB friend.

I'll be right over for pick up!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish my furs smelled of fresh air. I think my furs smell like Inside air, which is not as good.
Lucky Hobbes out in the sunshine!
Behind on my blog reading ~ so sorry about your... errr... condition! Not fun at all! :(
Oh no! Hobbes can not be sent to the Good Will! Some old lady will buy him and never let him out in the fresh air!
Seriously, don't you worry about him wandering around outside? I don't even want to think about it...
I must rush to my local Good Will store to see if I can pick me up some HOBBES!
To send that pretty boy away would not be Good Will.
How cute!
I wish I could lose my ass.....
I know how he feels. I've been sitting on the deck today in the sunshine. Mmmm, it feels good!
the thermometer reached 82 today and Duke and I were out getting some fresh air on our fur too
I'll take him!!! What a sweety!
I gave a sympathetic evil chuckle for Hobbes when I saw this picture of him caught snooping in the garbage. He must have been having a lot of fun until he saw that camera hovering over him.
Good for Hobbes, but he better always come home sooner or later. I'd hate to hear he ran off and got lost. It's 80 here today too! YIPPEE! I opened the windows for our cats.
Between constantly checking our co-worker's blog (which took to the road for a special pick-up), reading JC's facebook and collecting state testing booklets who had time for work today. Seriously we are hooked on JC's facebook. Happy Holy Week!
We would love to get us some Hobbes at the Goodwill!
It makes us nervous that he is off exploring and not coming back when called. He's so cute, someone might steal him!
Helene--IF you could lift it! LOL!
Daisy--Ask your Mommeh to take you for a stroller walk, Daisy. Even just a little fresh air is good on kitty fur. :)
Catherine--Yeah, I'm still hurting. :( On that note, I'm sort of "behind" on my blogging too--it hurts too much to sit.
Melodie--Don't worry--we saved him from the evil thrift store. Actually, it was because we couldn't lift the bag with him in it!!
Grace--Oh, he isn't out there all day alone or anything. He has access to the outside only when we are home and checking on him every two minutes. He just hangs out in our yard for the most part, but sometimes that fence beckons and he goes over to visit the neighbor's yard. It's that whole "grass is greener" thing.
JD--I don't think he'd make it to the floor, JD. Some volunteer would snatch up that Stripey Goodness the minute he came in--IF they were smart. :)
Chuck--Yeah, no kidding. If you enlarge the photo, you can see that he isn't happy with the notion either.
Lola--What is it about bags and cats??
Pricilla--Yeah, me too! Especially when mine is causing such issues these days!
Buggys--Who isn't outside in this lovely weather?? The sunshine just feels so good on the 'ol winter bod. :)
Ann--Yeah, it was like that here too! Wasn't it nice?? I'm almost TOO warm--can that be?
Rebecca--I wonder how Livvy will like Hobbes?? "Where's the kitty" is gonna be CRAZY now!!
Ratty--Well, it wasn't really garbage--just clothes for Good Will. So, a bag + fabric = FUN for a kitty. He just couldn't resist.
Karen--He's no fool--he hangs out here in the yard. Sometimes he hops over the fence, but that is pretty short-lived. He's great at coming when he is called, so we keep tabs on him. Hobbes never goes out when we are not here, so don't worry.
Jodi--Oh good, you weren't offended! I actually thought it was good too! I wonder if the kids like it??
Beaded Tail--When I say he isn't coming, it means right away. He'll come strolling back into the yard like 10 mins. later--just in case somebody might have kitty treats or something.
Too cute!
If Helene hasn't already snagged that bag with the extra content, I will! lol
I wish we had that weather here. Enjoy it! :)
Goodwill has nothing on Hobbes - he is Good Will personified! I too envy his outdoor adventures - my human won't even open a window if she thinks the screen is too wobbly! I can't believe it is 80 degrees where you are. It's colder than that in SoCal.
BTW, I did get the invite, but didn't realize I hadn't accepted the invitation. I blame my human, who is a little scatterbrained right now because she is preparing to speak at the BlogPaws conference next weekend.
Glad Hobbes gets to spend so much time outdoors now. Most cats really love the sun and fresh air!
Desperately waiting for some sunshine here.
Stephanie--Too heavy is more like it! ;)
Storm--Yeah, like you need another pet around that place!! LOL! This weather is temporary and very unlike us in this time of year. Who cares, though? Not me. I'm enjoying it!
Sparkle--WOW! That is very impressive that she is speaking at such a big event! I just wanted to make sure you got the invite because we wouldn't be the same without Sparkle! :) Hobbes and Grace are very spoiled that we allow them out. My vet doesn't like it much, but the kitties sure do.
Duni--I'll send you some sunshine, we've got a lot. The only problem is that I'm going to have to start cutting the grass now!
That FB page is funny but I felt I should not laugh.
I did like the thumbs down and the statement, "Jesus does not like this."
